Good location
Olivier restaurant was dreadful. Poor food served cold on cold plates

-Location
-Spacious and clean room with lots of amenities and a nice view,
-The pool and the view from the restaurant near the waterfront.
-Free parking inside property
-Noise from parties (weddings, baptisms) that are thrown on the property grounds and in the city (the local church bell goes off every hour even during the night and one evening they had a city wide broadcast of the mass till very late!, then another night we could hear till very late a local concert).
-Pool area is not sufficient for the number of guests
-Restaurant on premises is too expensive and very small choice
-Breakfast is lacking when compared with other hotels at similar price/category. Items ran out very fast even at the start of breakfast time
-For reduced mobility people it can be a problem to get from the restaurant/breakfast area to the rooms

Amazing views, spotlessly clean and very nice design . The hotel is chic and visually is beautiful. Rooms clean, good parking and delicious food.
Room was beautiful but small.
Staff were nowhere to be found half the time. Those you could find were very nice; but often no one at reception or restaurant. Restaurant would be empty but they wouldn’t be able to seat you due to kitchen at capacity… (there would be maybe one or two tables taken). This seemed ridiculous as you’d be turned away from an empty restaurant.
When a wedding is on, the restaurant kitchen closes so no lunch or poolside drinks or food available at all for hotel guests. You become totally deprioritised since you can only then eat or drink at the Foz bar which is 5 min walk away from pool…where staff force you to dress fully and you cannot be In pool swim gear. I understand weddings are a big money earner, but if you cannot cater to both hotel guests and weddings then you should choose one at a time.
