地理位置很好在核心区域，晚上很热闹，但也不用担心隔音不好，这里去任何地方都很方便。房东消息秒回态度非常好。厕所很大也很干净。

La ubicación es envidiable.
"ligeramente" estrecha la ubicación de la cama con el cuarto de baño, aunque, suficiente de todos modos.

Ottima posizione in un quartiere pieno di locali, su strada pedonale tranquilla. Appartamento-studio molto grazioso e fornito di tutto (soprattutto la cucina: pentole, padelle, moka, bollitore, tostapane elettrico). Bagno con doccia molto ampia. Letti e cuscini comodi. Tripli vetri che hanno garantito un buon isolamento acustico nonostante i locali aperti proprio sotto casa. (Frigorifero silenzioso).
La ventola di areazione forzata del bagno è un po’ rumorosa ma si può accendere la luce della specchiera quando non serve l’areazione.

Guter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, einfacher Check-in, zentrale Lage, Betten und Kopfkissen, einfacher Checkout. Gute Einrichtung, kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Sauberkeit, Klimaanlage, Aufzug
Lichtschalter für das Bad sollte kontrolliert werden, ist etwas abgenutzt, laute Lüftung im Bad. Wenn sie Ruhe suchen sind sie hier falsch. Durch die direkte Lage im Stadtzentrum ab Freitag Nachmittag bis Sonntag Morgens sehr laut da gegenüber, unten drunter, an den Seiten überall Restaurants und Bars sind. Und wer Spanien kennt, weiß was das heißt 😉😬
