The property was beautiful. Great location. All the staff were so friendly and attentive. Hotel did us a lovely honeymoon welcome on our bed and also did the same when it was birthday.
The only part I would say is that the breakfast wasn’t great and it would be good to have the option for room service in the day. They only have breakfast, however due to the location being good, there are many places to get food locally.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable and I cannot fault their efforts in this. Even when we had a couple issues they were on it within seconds to make sure things were out right. The WhatsApp messaging worked a treat, as the translations between us were arranged that way and we became friendly with each other via messages which made me feel so much more comfortable!
The steps were HARD to climb every day, but this didn’t stop us climbing them and the view is totally worth it 😍

Only thing good about the property was the rooms with the views and the location close to Ao Nang beach.
The property was not up to our expectations. Firstly, the villas are located on top of the hill, and there is a steep hike to the rooms. The property does not have a service to drop off guests at their villas. The hike is exhausting, and after a tiresome day of holidaying, it is the last thing you want to do. It is impossible to do for the elderly and those with medical conditions. The rooms were good, with lovely views, but that's about it. There was no toiletries provided (basic at any good resort/hotel). Communication was via whatsapp, since they don't have a reception yet. And replies were delayed and not up to our satisfaction.
Finally, we had explicitly requested vegetarian breakfast without eggs (since we are allergic). But we were served with and egg omelette and pancakes which had egg in them. We were depending on a good breakfast since we had to drive to Phuket after check out, but were left hungry. The hotel staff apologized for this and offered us 800baht as a compensation for the breakfast for 2 rooms, but that did not cover up for the bad experience we had.
