This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. Very quiet and cozy! The location is in the middle of a pedestrian street so was nice not to hear the cars. Everything we wanted to do was within a 10 min walking range which was a dream. Couldn’t recommend this property more!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s honeslty more than you could ever ask for for a convenient stay! It’s just that the room was cold, and the mobile jeater was not sufficient enough to warm up the place. But other than that everything was wonderful. The room was spacious with nice interiors, the interior of the building was also reslly nice! Would definetely recommend it

Bunk bed not okay, shower not okay. Close to the bridge and all of the sightseeing that is okay.
