The electric cooker exploded and gave my friend an electric shock. Also, sometimes the fuse would blow, like whenever we wanted to use the toaster.

Kein schöner Aufenthalt
Die Nähe zum Strand
- keine Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse - keine Bademäntel und Hausschuhe, wie es in der Beschreibung steht - Schlafzimmer so beengt, dass man nur vom Fußteil ins Bett kommt. Rechts und links nur ca. 25 cm Platz - keine Ablagefläche in der Küche, man muss nach Gebrauch alles wieder wegräumen, damit etwas Platz ist - Backofen ist nur ein transportabler Minibackofen - Mikrowelle und Kochutensilien ( Suppenkelle, Pfannenwender usw. ) gab es erst nach Nachfrage - Schimmel in der Dusche - keine Couch, wo man sich mal bequem hinsetzen könnte. Es gibt nur 2 Lederliegen die zusammengestellt sind und in der Mitte diese Rolle. Beim anlehnen rutscht alles auseinander. - Terrasse von allen Seiten einsehbar, so dass man keine Privatsphäre hat ( die Fotos hier wurden so aufgenommen, dass man es gar nicht sieht ) Der Ausblick war entweder gegen eine Wand oder auf die Balkone der anderen Wohnblocks. - Wohnung im allgemeinen sehr abgewohnt, es müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. Für 1 oder 2 Nächte ok, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehle ich dieses Apartment nicht weiter.

Posiłki przygotowywaliśmy samodzielnie. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Duży taras. Duży telewizor. Oddzielna sypialnia. Możliwość zabrania pieska. Miejsce parkingowe. Wygodne łóżka. Cisza i spokój.
Stan apartamentu mocno zużyty. Popękane fugi, silikon nałożony byle jak. Brak ciepłej wody jednego dnia. Brak zamrażalnika w lodówce. Brak pochłaniacza i oświetlenia nad płytą grzewczą. Rozdzielacz prądu w złym miejscu (trudno było podłączyć oferowane urządzenia). Za mało garnków. Wyposażenie kuchni ubogie. Niesprawny ekspres ciśnieniowy (pomimo reklamacji nie usunięto braku). Brudny, zużyty ekspres przelewowy. Lustro na ścianie w kuchni blokowało całkowite otwarcie drzwiczek szafki. Drzwi do budynku nie domykały się samodzielnie. Ciężkie krzesła bez filców pod nóżkami nie dało się bezgłośnie przesunąć. Mało miejsca w szafach na wiszące ubrania. Jedna z rolet okiennych urwana nie dała się otworzyć. Pufy na meblach balkonowych brudne. Fatalne oświetlenie w sypialni. Głośno działające zamki w drzwiach wyjściowych.

Lokalizacja. Taras. Rolety. Czysto.
Kiepsko wyposażony. Brak okapu w kuchni. W łazience kabina prysznicowa nieszczelna, zalewało co chwile łazienkę, zamurowana prawie wentylacja, umywalka się ruszała. W salonie podwójna sofa niewygodna. Sypialnia ok tutaj nie ma zastrzeżeń. Taras i ogródek ok choć szkoda, że zamiast trawy są kamienie. Ogólnie mieszkanie ma potencjał. Dla dwóch młodych osób, które nie mają zamiaru nic smażyć czy gotować jak najbardziej ok ale dla rodziny średnio.
