This complex is conveniently located in North Kihei near many popular beaches, shops, restaurants, and groceries! On-site there is a heated swimming pool for your comfort as well as gas barbeque grills and a nice grassy area fronting the beach to enjoy picnics or let the kids play. There is a walkable beach directly in front of the complex where you might find a sea turtle basking in the sunshine or a kite surfer riding the waves. Nearby you will find many exciting activities such as great snorkeling, surfing, paddle-boarding, swimming, beach-combing, kayaking, scuba-diving, snorkel boat tours, fishing excursions, and whale watching expeditions.

The property is in a good central location. Very quiet. We seemed to have the place to ourselves. Plenty of open parking spaces.

The view off of the patio was beautiful, very quiet and accessible area. The unit was clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is outdated, the shower could definitely use an update. The management company is quick to respond and I appreciated their willingness to make our stay more comfortable.

Perfect! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular, the condo was clean, comfortable and it was close to everything we were looking for. Highly recommend if you are looking to relax and unwind!

Great location with easy parking and beach access.Some of the amenities were lacking. The kitchen wasn't fully stocked for cooking, and the water from the Brita tasted terrible — we had to replace the filter. One of the provided coolers had a smell we couldn't get rid of, and 3 of the 4 beach chairs needed to be replaced. There wasn't even a starter supply of coffee, and only a very limited amount of laundry and dishwasher pods. The beach towels were small and cheap, so pack accordingly.I'd stay in this building again, but not this unit.
