Your next beach escapade awaits at this gorgeous, two-story home minutes away from the beach! This family-friendly home offers two levels full of comfort, great amenities, and two balconies (one for each level). The main living space can be found on the first level, which offers a convenient and bright open floor plan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen offers plenty of space to move around plus incredible appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher, microwave, and even a Keurig coffee maker. Nothing but comfort awaits in the living room, which offers two comfortable sofas right in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV. If you thought you'd miss your favorite Netflix series while on vacay, you can totally catch up and watch them here! This level also features a furnished balcony, a half bathroom, and a spacious six-person dining table.
The upper level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a stackable washer/dryer in the hallway. Both bedrooms have access to separate balconies and two en-suite full bathrooms. There is an outdoor dining area on the ground-level patio as well as an outdoor shower.

Overall, our experience was very good... If I could give it a 4.5 out of 5 I would. This property is walking distance (recommend a wagon to haul bear gear) from a quality beach that is great for the family. A couple of notes:- Logistically, this house was great for our family of 4 as the kids (younger) had their own room with bunks (and bathroom) that was close to the master where us parents slept. The base level had an adequate kitchen with a good living area and dining area. Efficient layout.- Previous reviews mentioned issues with the upstairs being hot and A/C not keeping up. We stayed in August (very hot time of year) and we did not have issues with that as the AC kept up fine. Only caveat is that the Google-Nest thermostat is not intuitive to operate - use the literal right side of the stat to "touch-swipe" and change the setpoint in the house. The "low-batteries" message is something you can ignore as it states that sometimes even with fresh AAA batteries. This could have been proactively communicated so we weren't struggling upon arrival, but the host did react quickly when we messaged about this issue. - The house cleanliness upon arrival was "pretty good". It could have been a little better but I have candidly (unfortunately) come to expect that was house rentals generally. We would stay again and really enjoyed our time here.

This was our first time booking with Vrbo. I’ve always been a hotel girlie for our family of four, but with the kids getting older, we needed a little more space. This home delivered in every way. Vacasa took great care of us from start to finish. The house was spotless, perfectly stocked, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. It completely changed the way I think about vacation accommodations. They have officially set the bar. It’s going to be hard to go back to a hotel after this.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house — the space and amenities were great, and we had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which was a big plus. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The floor on the second level was very dusty, and there was a strange smell on the first floor. That said, the linens and bathrooms were clean, and we truly appreciate that.
One thing to note: it was extremely hot in the upstairs bedrooms — over 79°F during our stay. It seems like the AC may be struggling to keep up with the size of the house.
