Good location, easy access to everything. Tram system in Prague is so easy. Felt safe and comfortable. Missed having an oven and toaster but we made do.

We arrived and getting in is like an escape room. There are 5 doors to get into the property with different keys. When we got in, the bed was broken in the main bedroom. It was leaning against the wall. The owner was not responsive and asked me what happened. I said I didn't know and he didn't come to even look at it until over 24 hours after checkin. I slept in the room with the twin beds. VRBO was no help. When he came, he entered the property without knocking and used the bathroom - which was creepy - and even left the seat up. He implied that we did something but the frame was missing a whole section. I killed a spider on the wall, and when I wiped it with a wet cloth - the paint came right off. I asked for a partial refund since I wasn't able to use the one bedroom for 2 nights - and the owner just ghosted me. I've tried to contact him - and nothing. All of the furniture is flimsy. My daughter and I are small people - and enjoyed the neighborhood - but wouldn't recommend this property.
