Location near grocery store, beach access, large pool area with bar, drying rack on the balcony for towels and swim wear, secured property access with gaurd, comfortable beds, decent sized fridge, property was well maintained and clean.

Location and pool area.
The AC was really cold and couldn’t raise temperature because moisture would leave floor wet and slippery.

The facilities were clean but run down and not worth the cost of the rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beach was clean and the water was beatiful Although I did not get into the pool, it looked well maintained.
The rooms could use updating. The paint was chipping and the doors made me feel like I was sleeping in a penitentiary. The toilet was hard to flush and felt like it could break at any moment. We rented the one of the casitas for four nights and they never came to clean it. I asked for coffee for the casita and they said they don't provide it. The casitas floors were in very bad shape.
