Panoramic villa near the sea for four people in the Capitolo area, in Puglia with two bedrooms distancing just 1 km from the beach.
The property is at 15 km far from of the fascinating trulli Town of Alberobello and 6 km far from Monopoli’s centre. This villa accomodation in Puglia is an authentic icon of the Apulian style and has been furnished in an elegant and stylish way.
It is 80 square meters in size on the same floor and has free wi-fi access.
The villa consists of a kitchen complete with cooking equipment, cooker, fridge/freezer and oven; a bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and wc, hairdryer and washing machine; a first large matrimonial bedroom with wardrobe and a second matrimonial bedroom with access indipendent from the first.
Of great value and rare beauty, the patio with a view on the Olive trees, ideal for enjoying relaxing and pleasant moments or delicious dinners accompanied by the fresh breeze of the Apulian countrysides and breathtaking sunset. Moving on we find an outdoor cooking area with BBQ, equipped with working table, allowing guests to dine in the open air, during lunches and dinners. the space has also an outdoor shower.
On the windows surrounding the Villa, it is possible to contemplate the beauty of the Apulian nature: the green coloring of our olive trees are principal figures of a painting.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l’accueil à notre arrivée.
Villa avec toutes les commodités ,spacieuse et bien agencée. La cuisine et très fonctionnelle et bien équipée.Le villa est implantée dans la campagne Pugliese avec un grand jardin d’oliviers .
