The house is ideally located at the entrance to the town/village of Labarthe. This charming house is surrounded by a garden with 2 terraces.
Close to all amenities (shops, hiking, restaurants, A64, 15 minutes from the center of Toulouse, Canal du Midi, Cité de l'espace, 3km from the Brioudes leisure park, fitness trail, 4km from the Lacroix Falgarde nautical base, Ariège, etc.)

It has an independent entrance. The house is bright and warm with its insert fireplace. The surface area is 65m2 including an entrance, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 1 double bedroom and a large equipped mezzanine. This charming house is surrounded by a garden with 2 terraces on each side. You will find jam, butter, salt, pepper, oil and pasta to help out. A BBQ is available to brighten up your summer evenings.

Bruit de campagne. Présence d’un coq dans le terrain du propriétaire sous la fenetre à 5 mètres avec réveil à 6 heures avec répétition toutes les 20 mn . Après un réveil matinal, Les efforts du propriétaire pour éloigner le coq n’ont rien donné..
Donc contacter le propriétaire au préalable si ce genre

Agréable séjour, très bon accueil, propriétaire disponible, des œufs frais à notre arrivée 😉 maison très bien entretenue avec son jardin, je recommande

Nice and clean house nearby supermarkets and Toulouse. The house and garden are tiny, but okay. The kitchen was a little under equipped (no freezer, little cooking supplies). The owner is very kind and very available!

La location convient parfaitement aux personnes souhaitant visiter la région (aux portes de Toulouse, très bien desservi). On a apprécié ce lieu calme et frais sous cette chaleur estivale (volets à fermer en journée), tout en étant à proximité de magasins variés. L'accueil, la souplesse et la réactivité de l'hôte sont au rdv.
