All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax) located on the 2nd floor of a 19th century residence. Owner and a guest room on site that can be rented with the cottage. Ground floor: entrance, laundry room (shared washing machine). 2nd floor: kitchen (2-burner induction hob), living room bedroom (1 160 cm bed), bathroom and separate toilet. Bluetooth speaker. WIFI connection. Gas central heating (included in the rates). Non-smoking accommodation. Terrace and garden furniture shared with the guest room. Possibility of renting Segway scooters in Chinon. Possibility of tumble dryer at the owner's. Discovery of the city on foot. About 5 km away: hikes in the Chinon forest (on foot or by bike), Ecomuseum of Véron. Half an hour away you will also discover the castles of Azay le Rideau and Lislette, Langeais, Rigny Ussé. You are 10 minutes from Avoine The charming city of Chinon welcomes you. A true jewel of Touraine, it offers a concentration of architectural riches where one experiences a real pleasure to wander in its streets and alleys or along the Vienne where you can also navigate in a barge or canoe. Your cottage offers a view of the river; you will also see the royal fortress overlooking it. Its living room bedroom and its equipped kitchen make it an ideal base for discovering the region. The nearby restaurants, the castle, the beach are accessible on foot. The vineyards that surround you, the proximity of Anjou (Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, Saumur) and Poitou (Roman Art, Futuroscope) or the city of the Cardinal, Richelieu are absolutely to be discovered. The bike rides are renowned here: the loop of the Loire à Vélo, the Vélo-route Chinon-Richelieu are ideal for discovering the region differently.
