This newly refurbished contemporary penthouse is located 10 minutes’ walk to Centro Plaza, supermarket Mercadona and 15 minutes walk (or 3 minutes by car) to the beach and the famous harbour Puerto Banus.
This amazing penthouse is tastefully furnished to the highest standard, including wireless internet, Apple TV and a music system. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms (one en-suite), one bedroom with a king-size bed and the other bedroom with two single beds, all bedrooms have high quality Scandinavian beds. Two beautiful bathrooms with walk-in showers and a modern spacious kitchen.
From the living room you have direct access to the first terrace with beautiful garden and pool views, a lounge area and the possibility to enjoy the sun from the morning to lunch. This apartment also has a large roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long and panoramic views.
