Es war alles sehr, sehr gepflegt und sauber allgemein. Die gesamte Anlage wurde sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr sehr sauber der Vermieter war auch gut erreichbar.
Leider muss man für die Aktivitäten im Hotel alles extra bezahlen, 299 zloty für den Aquapark, für den Wasserspielplatz muss man Geld bezahlen auch 99 zloty PRO Person auch für Kinder, für Minigolf, für den Spielplatz, für den Innen Pool, der leider auch geschlossen war, wofür natürlich der Vermieter nichts kann! Wirklich für alles…

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Check-in sowie Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hatte alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Die Lage war optimal, gerade mit Kind. Kurze Wege und alles schnell, fußläufig zu erreichen.
Mit dem Parkplatz hat ebenfalls alles einwandfrei funktioniert.
Die Unterkunft kann man wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Everything was very clean and tidy, there was a small welcome bonus on the table, overall a nice place with a very good location
The price is completely out of line with the quality – one room overlooking the courtyard, average size, with parking a 5-minute walk away (and not easy to find – they didn't give us the address or geolocation). There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, the heated towel rail barely worked even at the highest setting, there were no standard amenities (except hand soap), and the towels were cheap and rough.
The stated check-in time also didn't correspond to reality - we had to find out in private messages whether we could check in later (contactless check-in)
Also disappointing was the fact that one bath towel was missing upon arrival, but we didn't ask for it because our child didn't need it for two nights. BUT after checkout, the manager wrote to me accusing us of taking/losing their towel and that if we didn't return it, they would charge us the (clearly inflated) price for it. After explaining the situation, they didn't charge us, but the very fact of such negligence is shocking and makes me not want to return to this hotel!
