Beautiful house with good facilities. Nice coffeemaker and well equipped kitchen. Location is super, quiet residential area with a short walk to the water and 10-15 min to nice restaurants and the Zadar old town.

Water cooler dispenser, drink cabinet fridge. Pool & sauna and towels, luxury coffee maker. Comfy sofas, and the unexpected welcome food and drinks in the fridge. Flexible on arrival time and late checkout were much appreciated.
Could do with a portable room fan in the single beds bedroom which is without Aircon. Kitchen is well equipped but would be perfect if it had a small microwave and a bread toaster. The grill in the oven does not get hot enough to toast bread. All minor things, but would add a little more convenience and comfort for guests.

Pool and sauna very good. Accomodation very good. Free WiFi. Lots of towels. Lovely welcome gifts. Starter toiletries. Could whatsapp the owners once we were in the Villa.
No basic instructions left in accomodation on how to operate any appliances. No information about the local area. Didn't get key collection information as we were already travelling when email was sent, we needed access to the property first to sign into wifi to see the email, Fortunately the taxi driver called their number for us to find out where the key was. The information should have been sent the previous evening. It was a bit unnerving when we arrived at Villa and no-one was there and we hadn't got the information about the key at that point.
