Ferienwohnung Verde

Für uns hatte sie die perfekte Lage, da es kurz zum Start der Harzquerung war.

Bad ist sehr klein. Die Beschreibung zum Schlüssel passte nicht.

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Lage, Innenstadt in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wohnzimmer bequemes Sofa und riesen Fernseher. Matratze für mich bequem, da nicht zu hart.

Keine Gardinen bzw. Rollo oder Ähnliches in den Zimmern, also im Sommer keinen Sonnenschutz. Im Schlafzimmer gab es zwei Rollos.

Der Balkon war super. Der Parkplatz war ein echter Pluspunkt und natürlich die Lage der Wohnung. Außerdem war es sehr angenehm, dass der Schlüssel ab einer festgelegten Uhrzeit jederzeit zu entnehmen war, so gab es kein Stress um eine bestimmte Zeit anzureisen.

Leider stand nicht am Schlüsselsafe das es die Wohnung in der ersten Etage ist darum versuchten wir die Wohnung ganz oben aufzuschließen was natürlich nicht ging. Außerdem fehlte uns das WLAN und eine Duschstange wäre echt super gewesen und Kaffee für wenigstens eine Kanne.

Close to the city

We were promised an email with instructions on how to access the accommodation, but did not get it. We didn’t get the housenumber so we had to find the accommodation using the foto’s on booking.com. We phoned the agency who promised to call back. She never did an calling her we landed on voicemail. We were finally able to find another phone number and the gentleman finally provided us with the instructions, so we could enter the apartment. When we started cooking, we found out the stove and oven were not working. We contacted the agency, but never got a reply. We were not able to cook during our stay. The place was superficially cleaned, but we guess that the agency taking care of renting out the apartments doesn’t visit them to often. And the cleaners get a little lazy. It is really a pity, because it is a fine apartment on a great location.
