Die Lage war das Beste. Der Ausblick war auch toll, istver aber von fast allen oberen Wohnungen aus. Das Schwimmbad ist absolut gut für Kinder und die Sauna vollkommen ausreichend.

Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein: mehr Geschirr und Besteck, schärfere Küchenmesser, intakte Deckel für Kochtöpfe, Schere, Topflappen, zweites Spültuch, 1 richtig große Schüssel oder Schale. Auch Backofenspray wäre nett, denn das besorgt sich ja nicht jeder Gast selbst (denkt man nicht zwingend dran). Die Reinigung könnte etwas besser sein. Denn es waren noch einige Hundehaare da, was vielleicht an dem vor Ort Staubsauger liegt. Der hat nahezu keine Saugkraft und wir waren früäoh über unseren mitgebrachten Handstaubsauger (Thomas Pet and Family kann ich da empfehlen). Einen Wichmop gab es zwar, aber leider kein Reinigungsmittel, um den Boden zu wischen.

Blick ist fantastisch. Schwimmbad mit 23 Meter Bahnen. Riesige Terrasse ! Nette Einrichtung große Küche mit schönem Esstisch.

Ausstattung kann optimiert werden. Ist aber bereits in Klärung mit dem Vermieter, welcher sofort reagiert hat.

Everything that is in the Apartment is good , and The view from the Apartment is so good,

This has nothing to do with the owner of the Apartment but The swimmingpool is closed every day from 11 to 15, but that also means that its not possible to play minigolf or use the pool table. You cant use credit card Any where in the building where the Apartment, and no one can speak anything but german

The appartement was well equiped. Very clean. Magnificent view. There is a lot of cupboard space. And the available floor space is nice. The ventilation works well and in no time the temperaturen was right. So everthing functions. Parking is easy, the garage not available probably because of the need of repair. The beds in the 3 persons room seemed comfortable.

The ambiance of the appartement was somewhat flattered in regard to the impression of the photos. The bed in the 2 persons room was not very comfortable as we felt the bedsprings. The terrace is large but the furniture outdated and not very comfortable. Also the concrete rot is very visible. That is a problem of the whole building. We missed curtains in the living room. For privacy this is not a problem, but for waste of energie it is and also fot the tv and laptop screens The interior of the building itself seems to date back from 30 years ago when we first visited this hotel. Really really outdated. But that would not stop us from using this appartement again. But be prepared for that impression which is different from the appartment. Communication with both owner and the booking organisation was difficult. After we had paid the rent over €1000 we did not get the message that the tourist taxes €18 had to be paid up front as well.that took several calls with persons with bad connections and insufficient control of english. When we arrived it turned out we had not received the code for the key cabinet in spite of what the lady on the phone said. That was stressful given again the difficult Phone calls which were at first not even answered. The owner replied the day after asking if everything was ok. Again when asked on 2 other matters a reply never came. The rent of the appartement is not quite in a good relation to the appartment and the communication and compared to many other similar houses in germany where we stayed. So when asked if the appartment met our expectations the answer yes and no and it definetely did not exceed our expectations, but came short on the points mentioned.
