About this villa rental
Villa "I" is brand new and modern 6+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa in Mlini area, 10 kilometers south from Dubrovnik. The stunning and big infinity pool and spectacular views over islands makes this villa perfect place for your vacation.
There might not be any better pool + view combination than the one on this property. The large floor plan inside and outside make this property feel enormus. This property feels like your own private resort.
Guest Access: The guest has access to the entire property except for the top floor. Top floor has separate enterance and it is private owner’s space used as loundry and apartment. Guests privacy is guaranteed.
The Neighborhood: The home shares a neighborhood with just a few houses.
Getting Around: Just a 3 minute walk to public transportation. Direct bus to Dubrovnik.
We are offering transfers with van or car.
During COVID-19 we increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless if the my were used or not - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention.
Interaction with Guests: 24-7 owner services are available to assist you with any travel accommodations including restaurant reservations, chef services, fridge stocking, private transportation, car, yacht or private jet rentals, health/fitness/beauty/wellness in-house appointments, guided city tours and custom curated experiences.
