The communication ahead of our stay was great. Location was amazing, with everything within the property we needed. Made use of the BBQ several times all worked well.

we loved every thing: the big house, the view, the place, the clean, every thing just was perfect

Lovely place but the villa was a let down.
Amazing view, comfortable beds, hot showers.
On arrival there were ants in the kitchen area and we were told there was probably something sticky split! The kitchen and the floor looked like it could have been cleaned better. The kitchen facilities were poor, the tap was a joke and soaked you every time you turned it on. Only one plug in the kitchen so if you couldn’t use the kettle and toaster at the same time. The outside furniture was old and tatty, the table was so old and shabby, looked fit for the bin and would be a squeeze for 7 people. They have a tablecloth on it in the pictures but didn’t even bother giving us that. The BBQ was ridiculous and was something that you would take camping, also looked fit for the bring, no bbq utensils to speak of. The downstairs shower room was like a dumping ground for the cleaning equipment with hoovers, mops and buckets shoved in the corner. light bulbs needed replacing throughout the whole place. The whole place just needed a bit of attention to detail and smartening up.

Modern apartment just a few minutes from lake Bled with AC in almost every room. We had a nice terrace, two parking spots and enough space for seven guests. The sauna was also great.
One of the three bedrooms is downstairs next to the sauna. In this bedroom it was really cold and the heating was not working. We got only four toilet papers (we were 7 people for 4 nights) and that was not enough. There weren’t enough dishwasher tablets, we got only 3. The accommodation is for seven people, but there weren’t enough big plates and cups. A grill is available but you need to buy briquettes.

Overall its a fantastic & memorable experience..
Villa has one fantastic view, surrounded by mountains & in front its a beautiful Lake bled view. its a place for a family trip .
BBQ equipment & stair case inside 3bhk villa is not comfortable .
