Lovely, relaxing, comfortable place to stay. Happy with pod.

I liked the area, the pod was very cosy and plenty of heaters for the cold weather. A lot of thought had gone into what someone might need whilst staying in the pod. Great welcome book with lots of info. Bed and bedding so comfortable.

The shower wouldn't turn on for a while, kept having to hold the button in then it worked but it would switch between hot and cold. The mat coming into the pod was broken, part of the shower handle came off. It took me a while to get the blind to stay in place.

Never again

Stay started on a positive note but ended rather badly. Woke up to no running water in the pod. After a few calls and texts, we were informed that could be because of frozen pipes. Fine. We understand that’s it’s cold but surely a bottle of water could be arranged considering the pods are on a working farm. No apologies were made and we were told a bottle of water can be arranged when the shops open. Thanks but no thanks. We packed our bags and left we can’t stick around waiting for a bottle of water to appear at some point.

Recommended comfortable log cabin for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle

Really warm log cabin despite the freezing weather outside. Peaceful and quiet amongst nature. Inside all the necessities are available although the eashing machine is available nearcreception. Ledbury town is 6 minute drive away.

A wonderful family countryside stay!!

Perfectly situated, beautiful views. Comfy beds. Everything you needed provided. Owners very quick to respond to queries. Hot tub a real win once you worked out how to get it right easily far to hot to use safely when the fire is roaring.

Outdoor lighting very poor, quite dangerous at night. Owners did tell us that neighbours had complained about light pollution but it was so dark you couldn’t see infront of you, very easily could trip. Carpet could do with a good clean. Flu to hot tub needed cleaning lighting a fire was hard as there was pretty much no draw from the flu.

No robes or gowns , towels very tiny small for hair. Can’t really dry body after shower or hot tub.

It wasn’t the property as such but the owners are very rude and communication is terrible. If you book here don’t bother trying to contact them as you will be lucky to get a response.

The pods are a great idea but the one we stayed in was in need of some TLC.

1. It was a nice size pod. 2. Location was generally nice & peaceful. 3. Tea, coffee, sugar & some milk sachets were provided. 4. Easy parking - car park provided behind pods

1. Mattress was stained. 2. Cutlery & kitchenware was unclean. We had to wash everything before use. 3. Cupboard did not close properly 4. Door was wet from condensation. 5. Shower was leaking from under the shower tray. 6. Poor customer service - replied to our email stating they would provide extra towels because of the leak but did not do so. 7. When hot tub was in use in the next pod, it was quite noisy.

Weird smell within the pod (kind of off-putting), shower could have been cleaner and kettle full of limescale that flaked off anytime it was used so was unable to have any hot drinks in the pod

After a stressful week at work it was just what we needed. Excellent place to relax and unwind.

The location was excellent, fantastic to chill and relax. Even though we had people in the next cabin, it felt secluded and peaceful. The fire pit was a bonus. Ordered wood and it was delivered promptly. Used the electric car charger, it was easy to pay and good value for money.

It is very difficult to think of something we didn't like. If we are being picky, would have liked outdoor chairs to sit on the porch, however there was a wooden bench and table outside our cabin for our use.

The horses and views was amazing really peaceful

The pod wasn't clean , food splattered up the door (I think its food) flies covering the ceiling at night and my daughter who was 2 really dont like them and was uncomfortable. There wasn't anything to do on the site or to get a drink or a bite.

Relaxing and a great place for a break away from the norm.

Lovely lodge in a fantastic location. Very quiet and relaxing. Both myself and my wife loved it. The only thing I regret is not booking one of the lodges with a log fuelled hot tub.

A lovely spot in the Herefordshire countryside. We asked for some help with the hot tub as we hadn’t used one using fire

Great place to disconnect

The glamping pod was very clean and everything you would need for a short stay away to get back to nature switch off your phone and enjoy and unwind. Hot water nice shower comfy bed and good fridge door covering needs be bit thicker stop light coving in

After the 1st night I received a message saying I would be kicked off site for using my own kiln dried wood that I brought from home due to having open fire at home and having bags off it left from winter. I put 2 bags in the car. This wood burns with very little smoke as my partner has lung problems. So on 2nd day I brought some wood from owners which is a pain if you dont have Internet banking and if you have switched your phone off to disconnect. This wood was very smokey was hard to bbq with constantly spitting wood was not dried out. Owners contact me ahead of time to state that the fire pits you can only use wood and not charcoal which I was fine with. Then after 1st night received most stupid email that basically use are wood or you will be told to leave site. Why was this not made aware of this before the 1st night. Shambles

Honest couple review

It had all the facilities we needed. If you like nature this is a place for you we saw deer, rabbits and heard lots of birds. We were able to sit out till late and watch the sun set. Lovely place would stay again.

It's self check in so you didn't really see anyone. Which is ok but if you are wanting a welcoming party this place is not for you.

Property was spotless very comfortable and quiet. We took our little dog and he loved the garden to run around.

A tv would have been nice but we were lucky we had beautiful weather but if it had been raining a tv would have been nice but not essential. Nothing to not like about it.

Relaxing break complete with hot tub

What a fantastic few days we had relaxing in Willow glamping pod. Very spacious and luxurious, a lot bigger than expected especially the bathroom which is huge. The hot tub was fab and the fire/BBQ pit was great. We asked for instructions on how to use the hot tub and a young man turned up within 10 minutes! We will be back 😁

A quiet getaway in a stunning location! Perfect!

We loved our stay at Caplor glamping and lodges. Our lodge, Windmill View was very comfortable and spacious, exceptionally clean with excellent facilities. The view was absolutely spectacular!! Perfectly situated for exploring the Herefordshire countryside!

Great little glamping pod fully equipped with everything you would need. Really clean and comfortable.

It should be clear on the booking details that in order to work the hot tub you need to purchase or bring firewood etc and light yourself. after paying extra for a pod with a hot tub it should be included in the cost.

Beautiful peaceful location.

Beautiful location. I booked all 7 of the accommodations for us and family as attending our daughters wedding. The lodges are amazing, 2 of the pods could do with an update. We stayed in Scots pine. It's so peaceful there with gorgeous views. You don't meet any staff but the folder explains everything you need to know. Highly recommend and would stay again.
