The host is very helpful and kind. The apartment is quiet and within walking distance of all the main attractions. It is located in an old tenement building, but it has been renovated. Staying in a place like this is an amazing experience. I like the shower in the room and the fridge — everything you need is provided.

The pillows were slightly too high for me, but this is a matter of personal preference.

The property was amazing, very clean and warm. It is very close to shops, restaurants and only a straight walk to the centre. Chris was exceptionally helpful.

There was not one thing bad about this property.

The location was excellent - very central, close to public transportation, and not isolated at all. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They were waiting for us at the apartment upon arrival, helped us carry our luggage upstairs, assisted us with the check-in process, and were always available when needed. A special thank you to Chris, who was incredibly helpful. We also really appreciated the flexibility regarding check-out. Since our return flight was in the afternoon, they kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment much longer than the official morning check-out time, which made a huge difference for us. Another great plus was the entertainment options - the apartment had a smart TV with Netflix, HBO, and other streaming services already connected, which was very convenient.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The apartment was quite dirty upon arrival. There was a lot of dust everywhere, the floor was not cleaned, and there were hairs all over the apartment. They were long blonde hairs, which definitely were not ours, as the only woman staying in the apartment has dark hair. There were also forgotten items from previous guests under the bed, as well as broken glass left behind. The kettle was extremely dirty and appeared to have had something left inside that had gone moldy. Additionally, we were informed only after booking that the apartment was located on the 3rd floor and required climbing approximately 88 stairs. This made it not accessible at all and is information that should have been communicated clearly before booking, especially for guests with luggage or mobility concerns. The refrigerator was very noisy, and the bed creaked a lot, which affected comfort. Sound insulation was also very poor. One night, we woke up multiple times because of the guests staying next door. They were not being loud, but we could clearly hear their conversations and movements through the walls.
