The manager is a really nice guy. He's really accommodating and professional. If I had a hotel, I'd want him to run it! The rest of the staff were also friendly and professional. The building and rooms are stunning.
The room needed a few minor touches to make it perfect; a shower curtain, a bedside light and the bed had some slats out of place which made it feel like there was a dip in the mattress... This would have been very easy to put right, but probably an oversight.

Room was great for the 5 of us. Very spacious
Breakfast was lacking a bit. Took a long time and bacon was very well done.

Lovely entrance and restaurant area.
Was disappointed to get a room without a bath. The en suite let the look of the room down. No breakfast in the morning with no refund or compensation received (but was promised by a staff member) was hugely disappointing and sadly with no breakfast and no bath was not worth the money.
