Der var ikke oplyst om, at poolen kun var sæson åbent, og der var on/off dårlig kloak lugt på badeværelset.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. Personal de la inmobiliaria amable y dispuesto. Las camas son muy cómodas.

Solo hay una plaza de parking si queda sitio en el interior de la urbanización.

It's a pretty good apartment in a good location, few minutes walk to harbour with restaurants, few minutes to castillo (city-square), café's, pubs, restaurants everywhere and multiple grocery-stores nearby, Santa Polas market-square is just outside the apartment. The apartment is well equipped with most kitchen-utilities you may need, was clean when we got there and it seems easy to keep it clean. There's a reverse-cycle A/C in both the living-room and main bedroom + electric heater in the bathroom. Sliding windows in all rooms so easy to leave them a bit open to get get rid of humidity. Bed in main bedroom was good size for 2 and comfortable and there's a decent sofa in the livingroom. Kitchen is quite well equipped, laundry machine worked well and there's a drying-rack for hanging clothes. The Rental-Company's office is just across the street from the entrance to the apartment-complex and were english-speaking so picking up keys was easy and they seem to care about keeping the apartment in good condition. Compared to local hotels we've stayed in and what we've heard about other apartments in Santa Pola (and Spain in general) it's a pretty good apartment.

I'm from northern Europe and used to central heating with decent indoor-climate all year around, didn't expect the apartment to be chilly in March/April but this doesn't seem to be unusual in the area, the weather was unusually cold for this period of the year as well. When we got there it was around 14c inside (same as outside) and it took many hours of running the A/C (heating) + electric heater in bathroom to get the temperature up to something relatively comfortable, it took even longer to figure out how to set the A/C's airflow to not be drafty and that it's important to open a window slightly to ventilate / get rid of humidity, once we'd figured this out it was quite comfortable though. But bring slippers or similar - the ceramic/tiled floor can be really cold. The balcony is to the north/northeast so it only get some sun during the morning hours (until 09:30 winter-time, 10:30 summer-time) The A/C's outdoor-unit is on the balcony so when it's running (heating) it noisy and windy (it moves a lot of air when running). I've seen other commenters mention a bit of sewage-smell in the bathroom and for us it started smelling a lot the first evening. it comes from the seal between toilet and drain, just leaks a bit of air/smell, nothing else and I solved it by wrapping it in plastic/cling-film which stopped it during our stay. I've informed the rental company who said they will fix it. The bed's frame creaks when laying down etc, someone should probably fix that as well. Besides these negative points i'm quite happy with the stay, once they've replaced the seal (smell) I wouldn't mind staying in it again!

Die Lage ist ok, zentral, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Netter Service und Ausstattung ist ok, bis auf den fehlenden Geschirrspüler.

Leider absolut nicht für die Winterzeit geeignet, es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Überall zieht der Wind durch, außerdem eine sehr ungünstige Lage Richtung Nord-Nord, kaum bis gar keine Sonne fällt auf die Wohnung. Klimaanlage hilft da nur so halb und der kleine Heizstrahler auch nicht wirklich. Daher mein Appell an den Vermieter, bitte nicht mehr für die Winterzeit anbieten oder Wohnung mit einer Art Heizung für das gesamte Apartment ausstatten. Außerdem war oft ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch zu vernehmen, daher auch nicht für Langzeitmiete geeignet. Auf jeden Fall den Preis nicht wert, müsste unter diesen Umständen zumindest deutlich günstiger angeboten werden.
