Villa Marta's - Marta I

Location was great, 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was so delightful, refreshing during the 30+ degree days. A relief to have air conditioning inside of the house (although not all bedrooms do have an air conditioning unit, some have a fan instead). Josip was amazing, anytime we had questions he would reply straight away to help.

A couple small things would make the stay even better: - a welcome booklet with information like wifi code, ferrie information to Trogir/Split - more shade in the garden (the shade sail above the picnic tables was not there)

Very clean house which has been fully renovated very recently. Pool was a nice touch although be aware this it is shared with the other apartment (also owned by same host); this did not bother us at all. The host, Josip, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He met us with a smile and did us a huge favour by collecting us after a long journey; we were most grateful.

Nothing at all. This is a lovely property in a quiet village that is set up to be more residential than touristy - just up our street. Some might prefer more cafes and bars or more beaches but we loved Seget Donji just the way that it is.

Really liked the location which is in Seget donji about 4 mins from Trogir by taxi or 20 min walk. Lovely quaint fishing village with a shingle beach & a few restaurants and local atmosphere. Josip who manages the property is wonderful very informative and chatty. He is always available to help if you what's app him. He arranged for us to hire a powerboat as my daughter has a licence and he gave us maps of where to go and what lovely islands to visit and places to swim. House is perfect as a base and area perfect not overrun with tourists. Trogir a lovely local bigger town too with a ferry to Split. If you are looking for a quiet safe clean area to relax, chill and read it's perfect. Thank you

Nice and clean and new , close to the sea and ok pool

Two of the rooms without aircondition was tough in the hot summer. a dedicated terasse would be nice (there was an ok one you could use by the pool).
