Spacious, clean - double check- in

Spacious, clean, quite ideal for families.

Before booking you need to know, that access only via door code. Which you will receive after booking, you will get email with link where you need to fill check in form and scan your document. And after you will need to wait door confirmation letter with door code and exact address of the property. So if you need fast and very late sleepover it’s probably not the best choice. Especially if you don’t have roaming/internet access.

The apartment was neat and Clean . Also the atmosphere is very calm. Balcony view is also excellent. The apartment is near to all the places to visit. Also 10 minutes to the shopping. The owner is very gentle very helpful always reply on time.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, propre et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans un quartier tranquille non loin du centre du village. Le village est sympathique avec des commerces accessibles à pied. Le système de code pour la porte d'entrée est très pratique, pas de risques de perdre des clés.

Le balcon est assez près de la route, on entend la circulation mais ce n'est pas trop gênant. La salle de bain mérite un rafraîchissement. Les containers pour le verre et le plastique ne sont plus à l'entrée du village mais dans une petite rue dans le centre, nous les avons cherchés au début.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind super bequem und in der Küche fehlt es auch an nichts. Die Wohnung war super und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden hier wieder übernachten.

Die Option für 30 Euro vor 16 Uhr einzuchecken fanden wir überteuert. Auch der Check Out um 10 ist relativ früh. In um 15 Uhr und Out um 11 wäre super. Außerdem ist es unüblich, dass man den Müll selbst wegbringen muss. Hier wäre ein besserer Service toll.

Tolle Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Sehr schöne, helle und gemütliche Wohnung. Tolle Lage in einer Sackgasse. Die Straße hinter dem Garten hat uns nicht gestört. Sehr sauber und per Code in die Wohnung zu kommen empfanden wir als sehr praktisch. Parkplatz direkt neben der Eingangstür - Top! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es da leider... Die Couch ist für 4 Personen zu klein. Der Toiletten-Deckel passt nicht auf die Keramik (zu klein!) und verrutscht dadurch ständig. Der Rollo im Schlafzimmer defekt und die Jalousien in der Schlaf-Nische sind ohne Funktion - daher keine Abdunkelung. Die Heizung im Bad war defekt. Dass man seinen Verpackungsmüll selbst mitnehmen und entsorgen muss!

Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist perfekt für vier Personen und hat einen guten Schnitt und Größe. Kundenservice reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Super Lage in schönem Ort mit Bäcker und Supermarkt fußläufig. Dorf-Skigebiet Eschach in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Oberstdorf in 45 Minuten und Lindau am Bodensee in 1 Stunde.

Bei dieser Wohnung fällt noch ein Gästebeitrag pro Person und Übernachtung an. Das wurde uns erst nach Anreise mitgeteilt. Das Badezimmer ist nicht "kuschelig": Zum einen konnte es nicht richtig beheizt werden. Die Fußbodenheizung war kaum spürbar. Zum anderen passt die WC-Brille nicht auf das WC, sie ist viel zu klein. Andere nicht weiter nennenswerte kleine Defekte (Dunstabzugshaube, Rollos, lose Schubladenfronten, ...) in der Wohnung, über die man hinwegsehen konnte. Ärgerlich war jedoch, dass wir beim ersten Kochen Töpfe und Nudelsieb reinigen mussten. Letzteres war benutzt in den Schrank gestellt worden. Man ist hier Tourist, nicht Gast und dadurch ist es unpersönlicher als bei einer Direktbuchung.
