Das Haus an sich ist gut, das Grundstück ausreichend und die Ausstattung okay. Allerdings ist alles älter und die Ausstattung könnte man mal modernisieren beziehungsweise erneuern. Die Fenster schließen teilweise gar nicht mehr, dank der Gitter fühlten wir uns aber trotzdem sicher. An den Schlafzimmerfenstern gab es Mückennetze. Bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe habe ich telefoniert, ich glaube ohne Spanisch könnte es schwierig werden.
An der Spülmaschine sah man noch nicht mal mehr die Beschriftung, am letzten Tag ging sie nicht mehr. Die Waschmaschine war auch uralt, funktionierte aber zumindest noch . Der große kühl und Gefrierschrank müffelte und wir mussten nachts alle Zwischen-Türen schließen, damit wir das laute Brummen nicht hörten. Bei dem Stromverbrauch des Uraltgerätes könnte man locker mal einen neuen anschaffen. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr und Töpfe, aber alles alt und zusammengewürfelt und die Gläser größtenteils schon stumpf. In die Schlafzimmerschränke haben wir nichts reingetan, dort müffelte es auch. Der Whirlpool wird nur im Sommer zur Verfügung gestellt, denn er kann nicht (mehr) beheizt werden! Schade eigentlich.

La ubicación está muy bien, la casa tiene un jardín bastante amplio y un porche agradable.
La casa no estaba limpia y olía a tabaco.
