Lokalizacja super, w cichej, spokojnej ulicy,, 3 min pieszo do przystanku tramwajowego, Biedronki, no i co najważniejsze dla nas 5 min pieszo do naszych wnucząt. Apartament bardzo czysty, pachnący, w pełni wyposażony. Bardzo dobrze ogrzany pomimo mrozów za oknem do -18 st C, a to było bardzo ważne dla nas.

The guesthouse is in a great location - on a tiny, quiet street surrounded by private homes, so the neighbourhood is peaceful. The street is narrow and has uneven pavement therefore it is not used for through traffic. There are no marked parking lots for guests on the street, but it's usually not a problem - there almost always space available along the street. The guesthouse isn't far from the city centre.
Guests have access to a washing machine and a dishwasher, with laundry powder and dish detergent provided by the landlord.
What didn't you like?
Shampoo and shower gel are not provided in the bathroom.
There were only two big towels and one tiny towel available for two persons on four days. There is not a towel dryer in the bathroom.
Small fridge is sufficient for two persons, but it becomes too small when two more guests move into the next room.
The free WiFi mostly didn't work or had a very weak signal. We were forced to use our own mobile network instead.
Yes, there are sockets by the bed, but to access them, you have to move the bed, because they are located behind it.
For Your information, we rented a room on the second floor with a shared kitchen.
The guesthouse has quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. On the first evening a little after ten, we were sitting at the kitchen table, eating. Soft music was playing in the background when a woman from the first floor arrived and complained about the noise. Seriously??? The music was quieter than a well-ticking wall clock. It turns out that only whispers are allowed in the deep silence after ten.
After one day in this house, we noticed that the holder of the small shower is broken and the screen of the large shower is also broken. The knob of the tap falls off, the hinges of the kitchen cabinet doors are not properly tightened, and electric switch in the kitchen turns on two lamps, but only one turns out. And for "the dessert" - there was women's hair in the bathroom too. It is clear that rooms may not have been properly inspected before guests arrived.
On the second day, I received a complaint from the landlord about the terrible mess we had left behind. Yes, we had left some unwashed dishes and food on kitchen surfaces. From our point of view, it wasn't anything unusual - it didn't bother us in our vacation, and no one else was living in the neighbourhood at that time. We cleaned everything up, even the floor, but the way we were asked to do so was not polite. Later I realized that the landlord expects the kitchen to be maintained as if it were governed by museum-level standards.
We agreed that the owner would come in the morning to inspect the defects, but we didn't set a specific time. Around nine o'clock she just showed up with two craftsmen. That felt really rude.
The kitchen door is not locked, so anyone can walk in.
