About this house rental
5 nice size bedrooms and 2 bath home. 6 bikes to use. Newly remodeled kitchen, huge dining area with a cozy living room. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a cute bunk room with 4 bean bags to hang out. Each room has a unique style. The house is located less than 5 blocks from Main St. with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and retail. It's all within walking distance or take one of the 6 bikes to town or to the river. Hiking and biking close by. Blue Mesa is 10 miles up the road. Crested Butte is 30 minutes up the road. If you don't want to drive, the free bus shuttle to and from Crested Butte is a few houses down. Great outdoor space that includes a gas grill. Crib in upstairs bedroom. Small travel crib for infants in the Master bedroom closet. 10 people max!

This is our 2nd year renting this home! We love it so much! The home offers all the amenities we need and then some! Kitchen is well stocked for all kinds of cooking. Living room is spacious and seats all the family comfortably. Bedrooms are perfect sizes. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The house is located steps from the free bus to Created Butte, so location is prime! Kris, the property manager is wonderful and so easy to communicate with. We will be back next year!

Our family of 5 stayed two nights in Gunnison to see my brother, Wayne who lives at Gunnison Valley Health nursing home and his daughter who lives in Gunnison. The home was perfect and accommodated us well with our family in Gunnison. There were plenty of everything we needed except no coffee. Left a cork screw for future wine drinkers as well! Thank you for sharing your home!

Clean, comfortable, well equipped . . . perfect for our ski vacation to Crested Butte. Easy access to the road to the mountain and a wonderful place to relax after a day of skiing. We had everything we needed. Check in/check out process was so clear and simple. Thank you!
