Dear holiday guests, our holiday flats near LEGOLAND® Günzburg (approx. 10 to 15 minutes' drive) are not a luxury hotel, but you will find clean and cosy flats at fair prices. All our holiday flats have 2 separate bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV, a living/dining kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The large garden behind the house with barbecue area, trampoline and football goals is part of our offer. The supervised car park (video-monitored) is located on our private property. Free W-Lan can be used throughout the house. We can provide you with a baby cot and a high chair free of charge (please let us know if required). Shopping facilities such as a bakery (approx. 300m, also open on Sundays) as well as Aldi, Rewe and a drugstore can be reached in a few minutes on foot and are only approx. 400m away. In the town centre, which you can also easily reach on foot, you will find pizzerias, restaurants, cafés and bars.
In our flat 4 you have a fully equipped living/dining kitchen, with hob/oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, Senseo pod coffee machine, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower. The WC is separate.
The large garden is ideal for children. In addition to a playhouse and slide for the little ones, we also have a trampoline and football goals for our future world champions. For our older guests we have cosy seating and on the small private balcony (access from the master bedroom) you can enjoy a cosy end to the evening.
NOTE ON PERSONNEL OCCUPANCY: In our holiday flat, a minimum occupancy of 3 persons applies (e.g. 2 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 2 children,...). Should you wish to book the flat for less than 3 persons, please contact us in advance. NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY WORKERS : Our holiday flat is primarily a flat for families. In general, assembly workers are welcome, but max. 2 persons per flat. Please contact us before making a booking. ELECTRIC VEHICLES : The charging of electric vehicles (car, motorbike) is not included in the additional costs and is therefore not permitted.
