Чисто, тихо, комфортно, в квартире 2 кондиционера. Всегда есть горячая вода. Большая удобная кровать. Большая ванная комната. Много места для вещей. Есть вся необходимая посуда. Пылесос, чайник, утюг, стиральная машина, фен. Красивый свежий ремонт. Хозяйка всегда на связи, любые вопросы, что угодно. Можно обратиться и всегда получить ответ или помощь. В квартире нам заботливо оставили питьевую воду и туалетную бумагу. Даже соль и сахар на кухне нашла) Пешком до пляжа конечно не очень быстро, на машине было бы удобнее. рядом все магазины, аптеки, транспортная развязка. Аркадия рукой подать. Очень тихий, уютный двор. Невысокий этаж. Всегда работает большой просторный лифт.
Нет балкона, квартира не видовая. Учитывайте это.
