Miły personel, wszystkie pomieszczenia odnowione, schludne i nowoczesne. Dostęp do kuchni, możliwość przygotowania posiłków jak w domu. Czyste pokoje, zestaw ręczników, lodówka w pomieszczeniu są dużymi atutami. Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja, praktycznie bezpośredni dostęp do jeziora z możliwością wypożyczenia sprzętu wodnego i kąpania się przy plaży.
Utrudnieniem są strome schody, cienkie ściany i skrzypiąca podłoga. Bardzo słychać jak sąsiedzi się przemieszczają, rozmawiają, korzystają z łazienki, dodatkowo szum z lodówki i trzaski podłóg - dźwięki budzą niestety również w nocy.
