Ottima posizione 5 minuti fuori dal centro di Vieste. Tranquilla location in mezzo agli ulivi. Per la Piscina chiedono la cuffia che mi sembra anacronistico ai giorni nostri. Nel complesso buon compromesso.

Acqua nel frigo a prezzi da hotel. Colazione da consumare presso un bar a Viete. Caffè e cornetto. Ora che arrivi passa la voglia.

Il signor Michele è gentilissimo e disponibile, gestisce la struttura con molta cura, posto incantevole, consigliatissimo

The property has an amazing view surrounded by thousands of olive trees. You can eat in the area, but it’s recommended to take the car as the traffic is quite busy. The swimming pool is correct, warm and clean. The breakfast is mainly handmade by hosts. You can also taste the olive oil that’s made by the owner from their own olive trees, which is quite good, soft has a mild taste. It is also a very good place to stay if you wanna visit Vieste which is five minutes away by car and also a very good place to stay as you can reach any nearby beach in less than 10 minutes.

It’s not the owners fault but next-door there is a summer camp village or something that’s quite noisy. It is true that they cut all the noise at about 11 PM however, during the day you might hear music and aqua activities. A bit more flexibility from the owners on the timeframe that you can have breakfast would be appreciated today you must eat between 8 AM and 9:15. Please also be aware that the checkout time is at 9:30 AM adding 30 minutes at least on this one would be lovely.

Très bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Espace piscine/repos très agréable.

Un peu bruyant car proche d'une route passante. Petit problème d'insonorisation car pas de chance pour nous nos voisins de chambre étaient bruyants. Un peu déçus par le petit déjeuner.
