Perfect location and accommodation for a couple

A great place to stay.

This is a unique accommodation with four levels, the fourth being a rooftop terrace that we enjoyed a great deal. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from all that Lourmarin has to offer. Well equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies. We wish our stay could have been longer. Lourmarin has a lot to offer and is well-located for exploration of other towns. Communication with owner/manager, directions for entry and details about the property were excellent.

This is not a recommended accommodation for elderly visitors or people with movement challenges because of numerous stairs.

Perfect location in the centre but just off the main thoroughfare so very quiet. The property has everything you could possibly need. Glasses plates cutlery washing and ironing etc

The stairs were daunting at first but we became used to them. It's a one bedroom house with added sleeping in a main room. Not 2 bedroom as booking.com describe

Superbly presented, clever design, very high quality appliances and fitout. Excellent location, quiet but just off main street. Stephan is a caring and attentive host. Lourmarin is a jewel - quite the best village to base in Luberon.

Public parking scarce in September. Stairs to basement bedroom very challenging for elderly folks. There is no functional second bedroom. Must approach property from north side (Chateau). Don't let Google bring you in from south.

Well designed, modern interior in a beautiful old Provençal village house, with a small roof top terrace

Excellent value for money in one of the Luberon’s best village locations. Very welcoming hosts who replied immediately to any request for advice. Lovely, small roof terrace looking out over the village roof tops and hills in the background. And a cold bottle of Rose to welcome us. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay

The interior was lovely and the roof terrace was sublime. L'Exquishette was in the centre of Lourmarin but still nice and quiet. Free car parking nearby. Would certainly recommend the place.

We would definitely not recommend this property.It's only redeeming feature is it's position .

Location was very good

The property could have been cleaner. There are three sets of very steep stairs to acess each of the levels. Potentially dangerous and certainly very inconvenient. The attitude of the host on departure was deplorable.

Lovely appartment

The appartment is really amazing. It is recently renovated with nice materials, which makes you feel right at home. The bed is comfy and the kitchen is well equipped, there is even a bluetooth soundbar. The rooftop terrace is a real bonus. The location of the appartment is perfect as it is in the centre of the village and parking options are close by. We hope to come back another time.

There was no fixation point for the shower head so you had to hold it while showering. The bedroom is in the basement and on a rainy day it can become a bit moisty (though there is a dehumidifier available and this helps a lot).

We'd definitely come back to L'Exquishette de Lourmarin when visiting again.

The location is excellent, close to free parking and right in the midst of Lourmarin. A short stroll to all restaurants and the Friday market, which is great. Stephane and Isabelle were excellent hosts. Stephane met us on arrival (with a cold rosé!) so entry was very easy. Isabelle was on time when we left. The house makes excellent use of a tiny footprint so for 3 adults, we didn't feel cramped. The bonus of the small but comfortable roof terrace was much appreciated. The house was very clean, and well equipped with everything you'd need. We did appreciate the larger than usual freezer space and the air conditioning.

For our family of 3 adults, the stairs that are necessary in a house with such a small footprint didn't really bother us at all, but if you couldn't manage stairs due to age (old or young), then the house would present a challenge.

Vriendelijk, moeilijk toegankelijk

De locatie was leuk. Er stonden nog producten van vorige bezoekers en er was een gratis wasmachine. De host was vriendelijk.

Alles op verschillende verdiepen en dat was niet meteen duidelijk bij het boeken. Voor mensen die slecht te been zijn is dat een probleem. De inrichting had men beter anders gedaan. De kast die naast de trap stond maakte de kamer nog kleiner alsook de gordijnen. De kelderkamer met blauw verlichting was ook niet echt een aanrader en de muren brokkelden af. De trap er naartoe, een wenteltrap was ook niet handig.

Apartamento muy correcto para unas vacaciones

Ubicación, sercicios y limpieza.

Hace falta mas barandilla para bajar de la cocina a la planta baja, la cuerda necesita un alargo a tres escalones mas, escaleras complicadas para niños y adultos con algún impedimento. Se debe reparar el enchufe de los leds de estrella de la planta baja.
