Very beautiful views

This is a beautiful and peaceful place — absolutely stunning views and a very picturesque setting. The nearby lake is gorgeous, and although we didn’t swim, it looked like you could. There are forests to walk through and a lovely little church in the fields nearby. Everything around is incredibly scenic, with beautiful meadows and open space. There’s a restaurant nearby, and another one run by the neighbors right on the property. There are also animals on site — sheep, geese, and even a horse, which added a nice countryside charm. We stayed in a small wooden cabin — although compact, it had a fridge and amazing views, which made up for the simplicity. There are also other accommodation options on the property, like rooms in a guesthouse with access to a kitchen (which we only noticed upon arrival). Still, overall, we were very happy with the experience.

When we arrived after a long drive, we had read online that the on-site restaurant is open until 10 PM. However, when we arrived at 8:40 PM, everything was already closed and we couldn’t get any food. Thankfully, the neighbors’ restaurant nearby was still open, so we were able to walk there and have dinner. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all — not just in the cabin, but across the entire property. If you need internet or phone signal, it’s very difficult to get connected.

Amazing and peaceful place!

Magical place with great staff. The place is clean, good food for great prices. The location is so beautiful you can see the lake from the window and walk around it. The staff was helpful for every request.

Clean, tidy, hot water always full, warm space, new furniture and materials, no squeaky sounds . All recommendations from someone who is into hospitality industry on the south of Montenegro!

Calm and beautiful

The property was easy to find and we liked the vicinity of the lake and the view from the terrace. The apartment was very spatious and bright, everything was clean. The staff was really friendly, helpful and responsive. There is a restaurant at the property where you can have a meal at any time of day, and the food was really nice. Overall, a go-to place if you want get away from the city for a couple of days.

A bit of a disadvantage because there is no reception, but that’s not the property’s fault. There was wifi in the apartment and the restaurant so it was okay.

The bathroom was very cramped (small space). Quite hot and stuffy in room. Had to leave front door wide open all night (with no screen) for air flow. Needs a fan or a screen.

The staff is wonderfull, helpfull and vey wellcoming; room was clean, comfortable and we had the best sleep; but the best part is location and view - cabin is tucked up in the pine forest on the very bank of a lake. If you're looking for a change from city nose, smels and temperature - this amazing place is just what you need to recharge. Just peace, relaxation and crickets. There is also JEZERO restaurant serving great domestic food (I recomend priganice for breakfast). It's great for kids too - a lot of space in front yard to play where you can see them, a small playground, swings with a view and a very friendly horse :) There is a 1,5km trail around a lake with fishing spots and picnic locations, also a little dock where you can swim in the lake. 10/10 would recomend

Beautiful accommodation on the shore of the lake. Wonderful food, be sure to try fish, meat and their breakfast. This is the most beautiful location in Zabljak if you want to spend your vacation in peace.

nice for a couple of nights

Welcoming staff ready to help with any request, spacious room, great view from the balcony.

No mobile connection in the area. Old mattress. Poor sound isolation. No curtains on the bathroom window. Dust in the room, especially under the bed.

Beautiful view on the lake. The apartment is clean and tidy. The host is very helpful and friendly.

There are some minor issues, like dark curtains which are too small, a table on the terrace is missing, some glasses would be handy and stuff like that...

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. We stayed only for 2 nights and were surprised that they replaced the towels after the first night. Nice breakfast in their own restaurant, you can also have dinner there. And of course the gorgeous view of lake and forest from everywhere.
