Comfortable, enough room for everyone, location, new kitchen appliances
A lot if the details were missing. The kitchen was poorly equipped (no big pots, lots of junk in the drawers); there was a blow dryer in the bathroom cabinet, but it was in many pieces; the WiFi password that was written in a piece of paper was incorrect ( it showed caps but the pw need lower case, and two letters were reversed); there was no coffee (maybe not a big deal, but most rentals have some)

The house was not clean. The kitchen, bathroom and floors were dirty. We did not want to cook in the kitchen. There was a constant chirping noise from a closet which made it difficult to sleep. One of the bedroom did not get any heat. I messaged the property contact but did not get a reply.
