The charming 3-bedrooms (one being the private upper loft room), 2-bath home comfortably fits up to eight guests, featuring a king-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, and fun custom bunk beds perfect for kids, teens, and smaller adults. Just a note: the bunk beds are 70 inches long, a bit shorter than the usual 75 inches.

The home has three cozy levels connected by a distinctive spiral staircase, which might be a consideration for young children or those with mobility concerns.

Enjoy amenities like air conditioning, internet, sheets, and towels—though a dishwasher isn't included.

Outside, there's plenty to enjoy—fire up the grill, launch your boat (electric motors only) for a day of fishing, cozy up around the fire pit, or unwind in the hot tub. Water lovers will enjoy the available kayaks, paddle boat, swim platform, and dock, all set on a lake with a gentle sandy bottom. Inside, the game room offers fun with a pool table, ping pong top, and an electric dartboard.

Located in the friendly community of South Boardman, Hazel Sandeen Butler Memorial Park is just a short walk at the corner of Boardman Road and School Street, where the original South Boardman School once stood. This charming park is perfect for family outings with a t-ball field, a small basketball court, and a playground, all nestled in a quiet neighborhood atmosphere.


Pet owners are welcome to bring along a well-behaved dog with an additional nonrefundable fee. Just kindly remember to clean up after your furry friends to keep the space nice for everyone.
