About this cottage rental
Beautiful waterfront location on the shores of Green Bay. Spectacular sunset views of the bay. This modern cottage was constructed in May 2013 by one of the top builders in Northeast Wisconsin. The property is situated on a quiet county road perfect for biking and long walks. Located across from the Bluff Lands Nature Preserve, there are ample opportunities to hike and enjoy the fauna and wildlife. The cottage is a two level full walkout with a picturesque landscaped yard overlooking the waters of Green Bay. The main floor has a full eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite island.
A wood burning fireplace accentuates the main floor living room with modern furnishings and 65" HD Smart TV. The living room has access to both main floor decks and provides wonderful views of the bay. The primary king suite has access to the long cedar deck and will provide a memorable view of the water every morning. Abundant closet space and a comfortable private bathroom with a large shower also compliment the master bedroom. This bedroom includes a 55" HD Smart TV.
The main floor is highlighted by a large screened in white three season patio perfect for relaxing or bug free outdoor dining. The patio is also wheelchair accessible making the main floor mobility friendly.
A laundry room and half bath finish off the main floor. Plenty of counter space and storage accompany high capacity high efficiency washer/dryer and a large sink.
The bottom floor is ideal for indoor entertaining with a full size air hockey table, large 55" HD Smart TV, plush leather furniture, Blu-ray player, Playstation 3, and DirecTV. No need to run up stairs for drinks and snacks because a welcoming wet bar with dishwasher and beverage refrigerator are right behind you. The downstairs living area leads to an outdoor patio where you will find a sitting area and a propane grill. A flat stone walkway accentuates this patio and leads straight down to the shore.
Two other bedrooms are located on the bottom floor. They share a full bath with tub/shower. Both bedrooms have new queen beds with ample closet space. There are custom built-ins in all bedroom closets so finding space for your clothes and accessories is never a problem. All bedroom closets are stocked with extra linens. Extra storage space located under the stairs hides games and books for kids of all ages.
Sweeping views from the large yard are complimented by abundant fauna mixed with old hardwoods and cedars. Outdoor games and other festivities will easily be accomplished in the oversize yard. The fire pit is nestled close to the shore and will create happy memories as you enjoy s’mores, libations, laughs and sunsets. With over 100 feet of shoreline there is plenty of space for fun and relaxation. A stone staircase leads down to the shore on one side while a gentle slope graces the other, providing easy access to one and all.
The cottage has recently been update with new living room furniture, new 4KHD smart TVs, air hockey table, and central air conditioning.
The shoreline is shared with our family and you will see us around the property. Our main home is located on the same property. Please ask us for use of our abundant lake toys (SUP, Floating Fun Pads, Kayaks, Canoe, etc.). Bring some water shoes and life vests to take full advantage of the water!!!

We could not have asked for a better stay at this beautiful cottage. The accommodations, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the spectacular beach front views, the pumpkin carving (yes!), and everything listed above was also so incredibly family friendly. Ryan, his family, and everything about this property was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely book again!

We loved everything about our stay! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard and lake views were amazing! Everything was extremely well maintained. We could not have hoped for a better home to stay. We were there for an extended anniversary weekend. Everything was perfection. Would highly recommend the home!

This was one of our most memorable mini vacations. The house was perfect. The sunsets were beautiful, fire pit roasted both hot dogs and s’mores. A perfect base location to explore Door County. The hosts were wonderful.

We had a nice time and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The cleanliness was amazing - cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at! Appreciated the many extra touches - having travel sized shampoo and conditioner available, plenty of helpful things in the kitchen, the welcome basket. They have put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable. The only drawback was the weather - it was too windy and choppy on the lake for us to kayak, swim, have a fire or fish for all but part of one day of our visit. Nothing the hosts can do about the weather but be prepared that staying on Lake Michigan is very different than interior lakes (I know - duh). The shoreline is completely rocky so we weren’t able to walk along it at all. This is no reflection on the hosts - Ryan even got a kayak all set for us to take into town if we decided to find a calmer beach, and gave us tips on locations! It’s a beautiful property and great hosts.
