Chic Shack features a distinguished level of splendor with custom coastal décor in shades of blue and green carried throughout. This is the perfect location in town on 11th St, 0.4 mile to the beach and 0.7 mile to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the front balcony while watching the sunrise from the comfy outdoor furniture. Upon entry to the open concept layout, you will see that seating is plentiful among the large sectional with plush pillows and two matching armchairs. Gather and watch movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen is a chef's delight with ample granite counter space equipped with new appliances, crisp white cabinets, and both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, stocked with dishes, basic pots, pans, cookware, and utensils. Savor your freshly prepared meals at the striking dining table with seating for nine and four stools at the bar for additional seating. The first guest room (BR1) is made up of a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, and wall-mounted TV. The second guest room (BR2) is furnished with a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and a wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom including a granite vanity and tile tub/shower. Kids will love the bunk room (BR3) with plenty of floor space to stretch out, watch movies, and play games, also provides a set of custom-built Twin over Twin bunk beds and a Twin over Full bunk bed, wall-mounted TV, and closet. The shared hall bathroom consists of a granite vanity and tile tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR4) at the end of the hallway, composed of a King bed, nightstands, chest, bench at the foot of the bed and wall wall-mounted The ensuite bathroom contains a roomy granite vanity and tile tub/shower. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet for easy access. After a day at the beach, come back to cool off and relax in the private pool or lounge beside it. There is ample outdoor space to cook the day's catch, play games or just unwind in the ocean breeze. Come experience the island time of mind and see everything Chic Shack has to offer!

We just returned home after vacationing in Port A and I wanted to take the time to leave a review on the house! I’d definitely recommend this rental property for anyone considering booking it!!
It’s in a great convenient location…comfy couch…pool is an actual “regular sized pool” unlike a lot of Port A houses…plus having a bathroom outside by pool was perfect…plenty of pots and pans…and the property host (or whoever we had to contact a couple of times while there) were very accommodating! When we arrived, we got there a few hours early, which wasn’t going to be an issue because we’d planned on walking around town and taking the kids to walk the beach…however…it was pouring rain alllll day! I hate being “that person” that calls to see if an early check in is at all possible (because I know it’s a set time for a reason and I’m sure they get bothered often by people asking) but after speaking to them and explaining having to kill time and keep kids busy, they were so nice and helpful and thanks to cleaning crew already being done, they allowed us to go ahead and check in (forever thankful) The house also comes with a golf cart (so not having to mess with renting one after getting there is so nice)
One of the only things I’d change…I wish it had more kitchen towels haha! There was only 2, and unless you want to go through a ton of paper towels, it would have been nice to have a few more, because we had to wash them over and over!

The home was very well equipped and very comfortable. It was a couple of blocks from beach. The only things needed was a working toaster and tub in master BR needed better cleaning. Would certainly come back to stay.
