Just a short walk from Lake Michigan, The Grand Oasis is a beautifully designed 6 bedroom, 5 bath family estate nestled among mature oak trees in the charming village of Grand Beach. Featuring a private heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout room with sauna, and multiple living spaces, this exceptional home is perfect for unforgettable family gatherings and group getaways.
Welcome to The Grand Oasis, a truly special retreat located on a quiet, tree lined street in the heart of Grand Beach. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation, this expansive home offers an impressive array of amenities and a location that puts the best of Grand Beach just steps away.
The home features multiple living spaces, allowing guests to spread out while still enjoying time together. On the main level, you’ll find two separate living rooms, both with fireplaces, creating warm and inviting areas to relax. The spacious kitchen is beautifully appointed with luxury appliances and granite countertops and opens seamlessly to both living rooms and the dining area, making it easy to gather while preparing meals. The dining area seats 10 guests, with seating for 3 additional guests at the breakfast bar. There is also ample dining space between the screened porch and outside deck.
The primary suite, conveniently located on the main floor, offers peaceful views of the surrounding landscape and direct walkout access to the hot tub. An additional guest bedroom and full bathroom are also located on the main level. Upstairs, kids and teens will enjoy the loft area with 4 twin beds and a living area that's perfect for games or movie nights.
The lower level includes two more guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed and fireplace, and another with a twin-over-full bunk bed. These rooms share a spacious full bathroom, making the lower level an ideal retreat for families.
Adding even more flexibility, the space above the garage features a private guest suite complete with a kitchenette, living area, desk space, and a large deck overlooking the pool. Below this suite is a dedicated workout room with sauna and bathroom, perfect for guests who enjoy maintaining their wellness routine while on vacation.

An exceptional house that sleeps and houses just as advertised. The communication with the property owners was immediate and appreciated when any questions arised. The house is fully stocked; we have stayed at houses for girls' weekend that didn't even have salt and pepper (so we bring it, ha) and there was a full cabinet, along with towels, toliet paper, a welcome basket and all the little essentials you may not think of. And we felt safe and close to downtown New Buffalo.We visited in fall- this house would be ideal in summer for a multi-family stay, as it has plenty of space, a heated pool and outdoor relaxation spots. We will continue to look to stay at their properties for our annual trip.

House was great! The pool and hot tub were lovely. We had a nice short walk to the beach. Wonderful options for indoor and outdoor spaces. Easy to cook and eat. The house is filled with dishes, pots and pans. A close drive to the grocery store. We had excellent communication with Gina over the weekend. It was easy to check in and out. We loved the house and would happily book here again. Thank you so much!!!

It’s a terrific house for large families. The kitchen is huge, clean, and well-stocked. The pool was a big hit, and the neighborhood is really beautiful. The beach is about a 10 minute walk - if that. Five stars.
