This condo is in a great location. The space in the condo is small, but restricted more by all of the pieces of furniture and decorations. It would not be a good place to stay with small children due to the amount of decor and limited space to move around due to the pieces of furniture. Worked ok for me and my teenagers. The location was great, felt safe, and nice grounds that are cared for daily.

This condo was perfect for our family stay near Destin. Exactly as you see it in the pictures. Close to entertainment and amenities, but far enough away from all the noise, crowds and traffic.
Beds were comfortable, appliances were new and worked perfectly, even the ice maker. TVs were great, although the second bedroom's TV was not a smart TV. Very minor inconvenience for my kids.
Place was clean, A/C and washer/dryer worked great, couches and chairs were comfortable. Bathrooms could use an update. Never could figure out the second shower. First shower worked, but shower fixture was old. Lights in the bathroom were rusting. Again, minor inconveniences.
Having a good-sized pool was a great, calming cool down after spending time in the ocean. Pool was clean and well maintained.
If you're looking for a place near Destin and Fort Walton Beach, I highly recommend this property. We will be back.
