Sea Village is a waterfront community in Siesta Key Village. You can enjoy watching the dolphins or the amazing sunsets from your private balcony while enjoying a glass of wine. The complex also boasts two community pools, one air temperature and the other heated, seasonally. Both offer expansive views and if fishing is something you like to do there is even a community fishing pier!
This is a second floor unit that is very private and quiet. It is within walking distance of the Village (about 0.5 mi) and the beach at Access #2 (an additional 0.4 mi). The north bridge is just a short distance so provides for quicker travel time on and off the Key.
This unit has been recently updated to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms are supplied with towels for bathing, as well as the beach.

No Smoking
Prior HOA approval is required so last minute rentals would not be allowed. The application process is a basic background check and will include a $50 non-refundable fee. Rentals at Sea Village require a minimum stay. Price listed is for January-April-out of season rates are not listed but can be provided upon request.
