La facilité d’accès, la propreté, les équipements, la place de parc.
Il faut savoir que c’est un appartement en plein centre ville, avec le bruit qui va avec. Ce n’est pas de la responsabilité des propriétaires, c’est un quartier avec beaucoup de bruit de circulation, travaux, Klaxons… le logement est incroyable, prévoir des bouchons d’oreille.

Es war alles sehr sauber! Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Es hat alles, was man braucht, sogar Waschmaschine und Tumbler, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger etc. für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Für Fahrräder steht eine Garage zur Verfügung. Der ÖV ist in Fussdistanz gut zu erreichen. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrrad- und sonstige Touren in der Region.
Sitzkissen für die 4 Balkonstühle wären noch cool.

Das Apartment ist hübsch eingerichtet, in den Boxspring-Betten schläft man fantastisch, die Küche ist eingerichtet mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht und auch der schöne Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung absolut sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Da gibt es nichts.
