Apartamento super céntrico, a un minuto a pie de la Giralda. Restaurantes y bares cerca y supermercados. A 10 min a pie del párquing Cano y Cueto, perfecto para dejar el coche y despreocuparte. Todo lo tienes a 10 min a pie, Triana, las Setas, ... y a 15min el Acuario que nos encantó. Las vistas impresionantes, cocina bien equipada y todo en general bien cuidado. Totalmente recomendado. Laura nos hizo la entrada al apartamento super bien. Muy buena comunicación con ella.
La terraza de la azotea necesitaria un poco de arreglo. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Vu incroyable sur la Giralda et les remparts de l'Alcazar Localisation centrale dans la vielle ville
Odeur importante d'égout dans l'appartement ; problème de tuyauterie Fenêtres sans aucun joint ; on entend la rue et les pompes à chaleur de la cour Chauffe-eau au gaz mal réglé : la douche est une alternance d'eau brulante et d'eau froide Lave-linge hors service depuis manifestement longtemps, mais toujours sur l'annonce
