Lokalizacja, blisko do miasta, blisko na plażę. Właścicielka już o 10 miała dla nas gotowy i "wysprzątany" pokój, co nas miło zaskoczyło. Parking w cenie też na duży plus, bo wszędzie w mieście są parkometry.
Poza lokalizacją i miłą obsługą, czystości pokoi dawała wiele do życzenia. Na suficie grzyb, na klatce schodowej i w pokojach unosił się zapach wilgoci. Wszystko bardzo brudne, szczególnie w kuchni. Pościel też miała brzydki zapach. Widoczne pajęczyny przy suficie. Po niskiej cenie, nie oczekiwaliśmy zbyt wiele, jednak podstawowe kwestie czystości to raczej wymagana norma.
