Casa vacanze BY THE SEA

Proprietatari discreti ma presenti per tutto. Ci hanno anticipato di qualche ora il check-in e ci hanno lasciato tutto il tempo per un comodo check-out. Appartamento pulito e spazioso, fresco e comodo per tutto. Posto auto privato in cortile chiuso. Vista mare ed in posizione comodissima per prendere l'autostrada.

Tutto perfetto.

Struttura accogliente, posizione in collina con vista mare. Colazione non prevista. Posti letto 4, divano e soggiorno spazioso.

A truly beautiful and atmospheric place with a large, spacious house that feels very pleasant to stay in. The parking is spacious and convenient, located right next to the house behind a closed gate, which gives a nice sense of calm and extra security—especially important when traveling by car. The terrace offers a genuinely wonderful sea view that you can enjoy again and again. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable, thoughtfully arranged bathroom. We stayed in winter and the house was quite cool; however, one bedroom was warm thanks to the air conditioner, and there was no internet connection. Despite that, both the house and its location left us with very positive impressions. We would happily recommend this place to anyone who values a beautiful location, space, and privacy.

Sytuacja była trochę dziwna - znaleźliśmy dom tylko dzięki temu, że dostaliśmy w wiadomości pinezkę na Google Maps, bo adres i zdjęcia się nie zgadzały z ofertą którą zarezerwowaliśmy przez Booking. Z jakiegoś powodu dostaliśmy nocleg w pobliskim obiekcie House Italia Holiday i to jego dotyczy opis i wystawiona ocena. Dom położony w zacisznej okolicy, ma duży prywatny parking i ogród.

Zostaliśmy zaskoczeni tym, że na miejscu oczekiwany był napiwek za sprzątanie i dodatkowo podatek lokalny - nie byliśmy na to przygotowani, bo był to pierwszy nocleg po przylocie i nie mieliśmy przy sobie gotówki. W ofercie nie było informacji o dodatkowych opłatach. Prawdopodobnie nieporozumienie wynikało ze zmiany obiektu. Łóżka niestety niezbyt wygodne. Jadalnia pod schodami raczej mała dla 5 osób.
