Property was very secure for us with 3 x motorcycles with easy access to the national parks & our preplanned routes.
Bus stop right outside gave cheap/easy access into the city centre (cab was only 11 euros in 2022).
local small bar opposite witch we didn't try but wasn't an issue either.
Large super market a short distance away.
Would have been nice to have some basics already there (bottled water/tea/coffee/milk/bread etc) but was given a box of cider so not all bad.
The drive & garden area could do with some improving but as we were there purely for motorcycling this was not an issue for us.
