Die Lage ist Toll. St. Ives zu Fuss erkunden ist von hier problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung in einem renovierten Stadthaus ist schön renoviert, sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Die Abwicklung durch Cornish Escapes hat hervorragend funktioniert. Alle übermittelten Infos zur An- und Abreise haben präzise gepasst und konnten die Übergaben vernünftig ablaufen lassen.
Am ersten Tag fiel die Internetverbindung aus und konnte auch nach 5 Tagen nicht wieder hergestellt werden. Das war sehr ärgerlich, weil in der Wohnung und auch auf dem Parkplatz leider nur sehr schlechter bis kein Mobilfunkempfang gegeben ist. Tourenplanungen, Ticketbuchungen, Recherche, Messaging usw. Ist immer nur unterwegs möglich.
TV (nur über WLAN verbunden) ist somit auch nicht möglich, was im Urlaub zwar nicht notwendig, aber schade ist.
Die Aussicht aus allen Fenstern, ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Das liegt aber an den Nachbarn.
Neben dem Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss ist eine Baustelle, die an einem Morgen, starke Lärmbelästigung verursacht hat. Das sollte erwähnt werden, solange die Baustelle besteht.

Zeer schone en redelijk ruime accommodatie voor een groep van 4 volwassenen. Locatie is goed. Vlakbij station, centrum en stranden.
Er zijn veel trappen. Bij booking.com staat niet vermeld dat de accommodatie eigenlijk niet toegankelijk is voor iemand die slecht ter been is. Verder moet je wel erg vroeg vertrekken op de dag van vertrek.

Excellent location, you can walk to everywhere in the town from there, although the climb up again from the town, harbour and beach is steep. 5 mins walk from the lovely Pothminster beach.
Not so suitable for young children as the property is on a busy main but narrow main road.
