I never write reviews but I wanted to specifically write this one to express how satisfied I am not only with the cleanliness , style and organization of the room but also the service that was beyond exceptional, each and every one of the staff is ( the room service people, luggage boy ) was very polite , attentive and did provide us with everything we asked for even before we asked for during the whole stay, Mahmoud the receptionist was not only up to expectations he was far far far above expectations, he raised the bars by how much he is a dedicated person, he did ask me multiple times if I need anything, he offered us multiple services that many stays won't offer. The place location is strategic and its fits alot of people, the room service is ready to assist with any inquiry any time. Mahmoud is 24/7 available by himself to ensure everything is fine. Definitely will not be the last time, The place is great and the service is 1000/10, you should give Mahmoud a raise and promotion and the whole staff. if you are searching for a home like stay with 5 stars service and great facilities this will be optimum for you.
