The hosts and the house (self contained apartment) were very welcoming and comfortable. It feels more like a home environment with sofa's, table, record / CD player, and such things, rather than a some more modern apartments that are all white and like a dentists waiting room sometimes. I had no issues at all.
The only thing missing was perhaps a few more basic toiletries for the shower area as I had forgotten to bring some shower gel as I get used to places having something. Some places also might have a pot of tea or some coffee available, again in case someone forgets or doesn't think to bring them. Other than that, everything was really good and was excellent.

Where the building is set is beautiful and the building it self was stunning. The space of the apartment was huge and the value for money is superb. Also very friendly nice hosts.
The decor was very dated perhaps needing a refresh, and the apartment had a strong musty smell initially. The curtains were very thin and see through in the whole apartment as the sun woke us up really early in the morning. Also the bed needed a headboard as we both kept banging our heads on the wall.

Ideal location for Norfolk Broads and quiet coastal villages. Close ot hosey Windpump, Potter Heigham, Horsey Gap and the seals. Perfect for us as cyclists on quiet countru roads. Property was old fashioned but we liked that. Plenty of space to not worry about being untidy!
Smoke alarms were broken. No tin opener.

Location was great and property comfy / spacious. Short walk to shops n excellent chippy. Space outside to sit. Parking good.
