A cute hideout in the middle of the old town close to ferry and cafes.

Very nice to have a little kitchenette while on Naoshima - restaurants are not always open and it was a lifesaver to be able to prep some light meals in the kitchenette and keep snacks on hand. Cute room overall -- had a tatami mat and some quaint Japanese decorations. Felt very appropriate to stay here while touring the art island. Overall a pleasant, affordable place to stay on Naoshima. Excellent location right by the port, but still quiet.
It's not fancy or high-end but it's very pleasant. The layout and services (like AC) aren't perfect, but these are minor details -- our stay was nice.

Location was nice. Other than that very limited one room bedroom hotel.
Prefabricated bathroom so extremely small and uncomfortable. To leave the luggage for even 2 hours, they charge 200 yen per luggage. The restaurant was pretty dirty so I wouldn’t recommend.
