Location was great, close to ferry and bike rental, Little plum restaurant next door was outstanding ( be sure to ask at reception for a table reservation as it is very popular), communal area is airconned, with large table and seating and small interesting library.

It was lovely and comfortable and centrally located.

Location was nice. Other than that very limited one room bedroom hotel.
Prefabricated bathroom so extremely small and uncomfortable. To leave the luggage for even 2 hours, they charge 200 yen per luggage. The restaurant was pretty dirty so I wouldn’t recommend.
